It was the end of an era: On September 25 to 27, 2024, eroFame made its final appearance in Hanover. As had been announced a few months prior, the event is going to chart a new course, geographically and conceptually, and before moving to Amsterdam for the 2025 event, it was time to bid farewell to the city of Hanover and the Hanover fairgrounds that had served eroFame so well for so many years.

After intensive discussions with key industry and retail members, the advisory boards and organisers of eroFame believe that in these challenging times for the industry, ONE strong and large show in Europe is the most efficient and targeted for exhibitors and visitors.

For 14 years now, the eroFame International Business Guide has been a useful tool for obtaining all the important information about eroFame, including the exhibitor list with contact details, the hall plan, important information about the show and the exhibitors' expected product highlights.

Before we embark on new paths and invite you to eroFame in Málaga and Amsterdam in 2025, you will have the opportunity to experience eroFame for the last time at its traditional location from 25 to 27 September 2024. 2024 will not only be the meeting place for the latest trends and innovations in the industry, but also a special farewell party: With one laughing and one crying eye we invite you to celebrate the last "eroFame Oktoberfest" in Hanover with us!

Since the first eroFame in 2010, exhibitors and traders have reported that they get mails by companies who claim to be offering an attendee list for the eroFame trade show in Hanover. These obscure participant lists will no doubt be circulating again for eroFame 2024.

A new chapter in the history of eroFame is about to begin. Firstly, the show in late September 2024 will be the last to take place in Hanover, and secondly, the decision was made that, starting in 2025, there will be two eroFame shows per year: a spring event, the first of which will take place in Malaga, Spain, and a fall event, which will take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, in 2025. Wieland Hofmeister, head of Mediatainment Productions GmbH and organizer of eroFame, tells us more about these farreaching, ambitious changes in our interview.

As the organizer of eroFame has announced after a thorough, system-controlled evaluation of all data, last year the trade fair has seen a significant increase in visitor numbers compared to last year. For 2024, the organiser has set itself the goal of attracting even more European trade visitors to Hannover.
