As the organizers of eroFame, we have both a responsibility and a commitment to act in the best interests of all participants. In response to feedback from several exhibitors who have supported eroFame as loyal partners for many years, we would therefore like to address their legitimate concerns accordingly:

We would therefore like to point out that sales pitches and business canvassing of any kind outside the exhibition stands booked for this purpose are expressly prohibited.

This rule is intended to ensure fairness and respectful conduct towards all exhibitors and participants at eroFame. We therefore kindly ask you to comply with this requirement at all times. Any violations will be dealt with consistently and may result in the individuals concerned being asked to leave the exhibition premises.
To help ensure compliance with this rule, additional security personnel will be deployed. Particular attention will be paid to activities inside and directly outside the exhibition hall, as well as in the catering areas (Hall 8 and the Strandzuid venue).

If you would like to welcome your customers at your own stand and conduct business meetings there, we are of course still happy to offer you the opportunity to book a “Last-Minute Stand” at short notice.
