Invitation letter eroFame 2024

Dear eroFame exhibitors, dear eroFame visitors,

 

we are looking forward to your visit at eroFame 2024!

 

If you require an invitation for the eroFame trade fair period, the so-called Invitation Letter, to obtain a visa at your consulate, we will be happy to help you here:

 

Please fill in the fields below correctly and submit the form.

 

You will then receive a personal e-mail from us.

 

Each invitation letter costs 25,- EUR per person. You will receive an individual payment link. A separate invoice will follow.

 

Once we have received the fee, you will immediately receive the invitation letter from us as a PDF. This will be signed and stamped. Each form will then be sent to the e-mail address you have provided, so please also check that you have entered your e-mail address correctly.
