Dear exhibitors of eroFame 2024!
We look forward to welcoming you to the EXPO grounds in Hall 4 on 25 September 2024 in Hanover. Here you will find an overview of our possible system stands with prices, sample drawings and dimensions. You can also download the current hall plan and the stand reservation form. If required, you can also apply for an invitation letter via the link below.
You will find the following download options below:
BRAND NEW: The additional orders for your exhibition stands:
To simplify the process for you, you can download the order forms for your additional furniture, stand cleaning, water or additional power connections etc. by clicking on the ‘Additional orders’ button.
Fill them out, sign them on the last page and email your orders back to: configuration@erofame.eu
If you have not yet booked a booth, download the stand reservation form under the ‘Booth reservation’ button, fill it out and send it to our project management for the attention of Kim Grundstedt to kgrundstedt@mptoday.de
Once you have successfully booked and agreed your stand location, we will include your details in the current list of exhibitors at eroFame 2024.
You can find the latest hall plan under the ‘Floor plan’ button.
And for your admission badges, click on the ‘Badge Registration’ button; there you will be forwarded directly to our admission system, where you can register yourself and your colleagues.

Needful service information
Electricity:
Please send your electricity requests to (kgrundstedt@mptoday.de) and in copy to the electricity company (messe@wahl-co.de). This service will be invoiced by us after we know what kind of power request you send us.
10 kw electricity power = 250,- euros.
Water supply:
Please send your water supply request to me (kgrundstedt@mptoday.de) and in copy to the water supply company (messe@peter-behrens-gmbh.de). This service will be invoiced by us after we know how many water supplies you need.
1 water supply = 500,- euros.
Booth cleaning:
Please send your booth cleaning requests to me (kgrundstedt@mptoday.de) and in copy to the booth cleaning company (mandke@helms-messe.de). This service will be invoiced by us and will be based on your booth size.
Price for 1 sqm booth cleaning per day is: 4,50 euros.
Deadlines:
Please note that additional orders placed after 31 August 2024 will be subject to a 25% Last-Minute surcharge.
Graphic data for your booth, furniture etc. must reach us by 20 August 2024; thank you very much.
Hanging Point:
Please send your hanging points request directly to the responsible company (a.koenig@ueberkopf.de) and (dmag@ueberkopf.de).
