ARRIVAL, PARKING & LOGISTICS – All the info you needed
Whether you’re an exhibitor, stand builder or visitor, RAI Amsterdam has put together all the important information regarding access, parking and logistics during eroFame 2026.
For build-up and breakdown, the overview includes the relevant opening hours, access and loading areas as well as maximum loading and unloading times for different types of vehicles. Important for larger delivery vehicles: access to the loading and unloading areas requires a pre-booked time slot via the RAI Logistics Management System.
For exhibitors and visitors during the show, the document also provides all relevant parking information. Cars can use P1, P2, P3 and P4. On-site parking costs €6 per hour or €36 for 24 hours, while online parking is available for €30 per day. You’ll also find information for larger vehicles, taxis and Stop & Go access.
Please also be aware of the low-emission zone around RAI Amsterdam, particularly if you are travelling with an older diesel vehicle. Further information is included in the RAI overview.
